Fresh Arts is committed to collaborative efforts and empowering small arts organizations with the strategy and the ability to be seen, heard and touched. In response to the growing need for support for Houston's emerging arts organizations who are effecting the community in a big way, Fresh Arts presents M-lab, a dynamic and original pilot program that is focused on empowering small arts organizations by using targeted marketing strategy and data driven decision-making to deeply engage audiences both existing and new.

How does it work?
Fresh Arts will select 3 small arts organizations in the Greater Houston area to receive regular one on one marketing-specific consulting support, work collaboratively, and undergo an in depth assessment to discover:
The research will culminate in the execution of a recommended strategy, in which Fresh Arts may underwrite a proportion of the costs (as funding allows), and comparative case studies on marketing for the arts in Houston.
